Eligibility Criteria
- All students enrolled in any tier 2, 3, or 4 Universities or Colleges in India are welcome to submit their applications.
- Students from all engineering & arts disciplines, MBA programs and postgraduate courses are eligible to apply.
- Students must be currently enrolled in an academic institution.
- IIT, NIT, IIM, and IISc are NOT eligible to apply.
- Students who have already registered their own startups or businesses are NOT eligible to participate.
Team Composition
- A team should have at least 1 female student (Higher number of female students in the team will have preference)
- A minimum of 2 members per team to maximum team members are 4 per team
- Team members can be from different Universities and departments.
- One team leader must be designated to manage the team’s submissions and communication.
Submission & Documents
- Each team is permitted to submit a maximum of 2 different solutions for 2 separate problem statements.
- All starred questions must be accurately completed and submitted.
- Documents of Aadhar and College ID for the Team leader should be uploaded.
- A photo image of the Team leader, Team members, and Mentor must also be uploaded.
Rules
- Teams without a female participant will be disqualified.
- Once the team details are submitted, NO changes are allowed.
- Submissions received after the deadline will NOT be taken into account.
- Colleges can submit any number of applications.

- How unique and innovative is the proposed solution?
- Does it address the chosen problem in a way not previously explored?

• Significant development in the proposed solution since the initial submission.
Timely Updates and Responsiveness
• Submission of regular updates as per deadlines.
• Responsiveness to mentors' and organizers' feedback and queries.
Feedback on Training Sessions
• Valuable feedback provided by the team about the training sessions.
• Indications that the team has utilized insights from training sessions to enhance their project.

Team Coordination and Collaboration
• Effective teamwork and collaboration throughout the preparation phase.
• Division of roles and responsibilities within the team.
Final Report Submission
• Submission of the final report in the prescribed format before the deadline.
• Quality, clarity, and completeness of the final report.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability
• Ability to address challenges during the development process.
• Adaptability to incorporate feedback and improve the solution.
